What does neuroscience have to say about living happily from 0 to 110?

According to neuroscience, it is very important to minimise stress factors, to live in an environment that is adapted to our fundamental needs, to stay in the flow of life through intuition/inspiration, creativity and the fulfilment of our needs so that we can live in WELL-BEING for as long as possible.
It is for these reasons that I offer to help you realize your personal projects for you, your parents, your loved ones and  internationally.

A little more information on the history of our brain.

In the past, the brain was seen as a static organ that develops and structures itself in childhood and then stops developing after adulthood.
Today, we know that it is enriched by a multitude of experiences and develops throughout life - which feeds its creativity.

Neuronal plasticity, an asset.
Our brain has the capacity not only to develop, but also to constantly modify itself, adapting its complex networks and structures as we go along. It adapts and enriches itself. The creative process consists of combining concepts stored and accumulated in our memory throughout our lives to form new associations.

The brain, a creative organ
On the same principle, we can imagine that throughout our lives, our brains pick up elements of inspiration, knowledge and skills that we gather and combine into new creations.
Our brain is constantly perceiving and creating. It is capable of modifying itself by adapting its complex networks and structures according to the history and specific environment of each individual.

A reservoir of wealth to feed
This neuroplasticity reveals that everything that is different and creative in our brains is made up of a multitude of influences and inspirations acquired over the course of our lives and our awareness of the world. Ideas provoke ideas and help new ideas to evolve. Hence the importance of building up a rich reservoir of raw materials, like mental resources, from which you can construct new combinations.
The richer your pool of resources, the more interesting your combinations/constructions will become. Inspiration doesn't come out of the blue. It's not something that suddenly strikes the artist. The brain creates through experience, repetition and experimentation.

Creating also means knowing how to deal with mistakes
In this logic of enriching our experiences, we might think that we are constantly improving. However, it is possible to spend endless hours on many subjects without improving. But why? Because to succeed in the creative process, we also need to dig deeper into this vital aspect: knowing how to react to difficulty and error.
The brain is hard-wired to make good use of errors. It doesn't simply detect them: it is equipped with systems for automatic correction, for adapting behaviour and thinking, which incorporate the notion of error to produce greater flexibility.
Creativity therefore requires a positive attitude towards mistakes, an attitude that tracks them down, analyses them and uses them as a tool to move forward. Samah KARAKI Neuroscientist

Neuroscience also teaches us that joy of living leads to greater gratitude and better social relationships, better health, satisfaction and happiness.

"WELL-BEING refers to a state of health, happiness, creativity, vitality and satisfaction with life. It is more than the presence of positive emotions and the absence of negative ones.
It's an inner state of calm, self-awareness and self-acceptance, achieved through a harmonious relationship between emotions, thoughts and actions.
